Maria Sabando is a former IT banking risk manager turned strategic advisor for early stage blockchain startups. She has been a Bitcoin educator since 2017, including serving as the COO of the Bitcoin Center in Miami. She has been an advisor and technical instructor for entrepreneurs across the USA.

In addition, she is a digital art curator. Her first curated digital gallery was during Art Basel Week 2019 as a popup for the first hybrid digital gallery to introduce NFTs in Miami. She was also one of the main organizers for one of the official digital worlds created for Burning Man 2020. She has curated physical and digital galleries showcasing art NFTs with virtual and augmented reality components. She has worked with both startups and independent artists to mint NFT collections.
